    Please complete this form if you need to create/adjust an SHP email account for one of your team members, request access to another system, or remove access from another system.
  • If you need to report a problem, please do not complete this form and instead, email it@shpbeds.org

  • Edits to an SHP email account include:

    • Name changes
    • Typo fixes

    If you're requesting an edit because you can't get into your account, please do not submit this form. Instead, email it@shpbeds.org

  • Dashboard accounts are created for everyone that has an email, automatically. You do not need to request one.

  • If this person needs a DonorPerfect account, please have them log into SHP University and complete the DonorPerfect course. After they pass, they'll be granted access within a few business days.

    Submitting this form will not grant anyone DonorPerfect access, completing the course is the only way to get the invitation.

  • In order to process this request, your team member must already have an SHP Email account. If you haven't already requested one, please do so first before requesting access to other systems.

  • When we set up an SHP email account for a team member, they're automatically given access to SHP University. They can access it via the link below:

    When they get to the login screen there will be a small Login with Google button, after clicking it they'll put in their SHP email and password and get logged in.

    Please keep in mind, when we process an SHP Account Deletion we remove their access to all SHP systems and tools.

    If you request an SHP Email for someone, they will also be given a Dashboard account (shpbeds.org/dashboard) and an SHP University account (shpuniversity.shpbeds.org).

     

    The Dashboard account gives them access to all sorts of information and forms, and lets you upload a photo of them to your Chapter Page!

     

    The SHP University account gives them access to our training platform and courses, they'll use the Login with Google button and their new SHP Email credentials to get into that system.

  • Google Voice is a phone service powered by Google. It comes with a mobile app and operates independently from your cell phone number. Both Vetters and Delivery Teams can use it to communicate with applicants.

    The service comes with a charge of $26.00 per month per phone number. This fee will be billed to your Chapter each month. Per Google Voice's billing, this will be one month behind. So your February bill is for January's use of Google Voice.

  • When setting up Google Voice, we can filter available phone numbers by area code. We can't guarantee a specific number, just the area code.

  • Please note, the person we're giving access to MUST already have a Facebook account and the email that you provide MUST be the same one they use to access their existing account.
